This website is operated by My Wrap Game. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Wrap Game. My Wrap Game offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
6. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless My Wrap Game and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
15. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
16. Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
17. Entire agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

1. Agreement
By engaging with My Wrap Game (as operated by Quantico Installations), the customer accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. Conduct
All parties are expected to engage cooperatively through the service period. If the customer is unreasonable or abusive, all services will cease with all materials and deposits being retained.
3. Quotations
Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days, after which they are subject to change. Our quotes are based on the current price and readiness of materials and require timely providions and cooperation from the customer.
Variations to Quote
The price of services may change if the information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, or if changes are made to quantities, specifications or artwork. Any changes to the initial price will be communicated with the customer.
Acceptance & Time-Frame
An acceptance requires a written sign-off from the customer, after which the requisition of materials can commence. Any indication of time frame within a quotation is an estimate only.
4. Artwork
Ownership of Artwork
Any artwork created by My Wrap Game, completed or incomplete, will remain the intellectual property of My Wrap Game. The customer is granted a limited, non-transferrable licence to use final artwork.
Changes to Artwork
The design process will include an initial concept with a reasonable round of revisions, focusing on minor adjustments without altering the overall design. Major revisions will incur additional artwork charges.
Approval & Sign-off
Final approval of the design requires a written sign-off from the client. Post-approval, the client assumes responsibility for any uncorrected errors or omissions. Requests for changes after approval may lead to additional charges.
Colour-Matching
While My Wrap Game strives for accurate color matching, slight variations can occur due to differences in print platforms and materials.
5. Installation
Appointment Timing
The customer will be punctual to ensure that other customers are not negatively impacted. My Wrap Game operates on a strict schedule tor the benefit of all customers.
Service Duration
The Shop will require the Customer’s vehicle for a period of 7 business days, unless stipulated otherwise, depending on the availability of materials or a delay caused by unplanned but necessary works such as surface preparation tasks.
Condition of Customer Vehicle
The Customer is required to provide a reasonably clean vehicle without waxes, excessive dirt, or debris unless otherwise agreed upon. The Shop will charge for de-waxing and deep cleaning, and this may cause a delay.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
The customer must provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival or Non-Arrival
If a customer arrives late or fails to show without prior notice, we may need to cancel the appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Warranties
Workmanship
My Wrap Game guarantees its workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty is specific to issues arrising from the installation process, including lifting, peeling, bubbles, creases, or any other defeats attributed to incorrect or improper installation.
Responsibilities
The customer will promptly report any defects and allow My Wrap game the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the claim. My Wrap Game will either repair or replace the affected graphics at no additional cost to the customer.
Limitations
The Installation Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, intentional damage, or any conditions beyond My Wrap Game’s control, including environmental factors and normal wear and tear.
Workmanship
My Wrap Game guarantees its workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty is specific to issues arrising from the installation process, including lifting, peeling, bubbles, creases, or any other defeats attributed to incorrect or improper installation.
Product Warranty
We guarantee that all graphic materials are free of defects incurred in manufacturing, packing, or shipping. The manufacturers offer different warranty periods for their products in different geographical zones and conditions, and it varies depending on horizontal and vertical surfaces. My Wrap Game will advise what the warranty is depending on the product chosen.
Voiding Warranty
The warranty from My Wrap Game may be voided by improper use or maintenance such as using incorrect cleaning agents, not following care instructions, or misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product. It also doesn’t cover damage from environmental factors or any alterations, modifications, or repairs not conducted by My Wrap Game’s trained personnel.
Remedies & Limitations of Liability
If a product defect is under warranty, My Wrap Game will either replace the film or refund the purchase price, as decided by the company, within a reasonable period following standard procedures. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited to the purchase amount.
Pre-Existing Damage
If pre-existing damage is found during the wrap process, My Wrap Game will inform the customer for decision-making; additional services may incur extra charges or delays, and My Wrap Game isn’t liable for such pre-existing damage or related consequences.
Claims
To ensure eligibility for warranty service, customers must submit a claim within the warranty period by providing written notice My Wrap Game, detailing the issue. My Wrap Game will then evaluate the claim and determine the next steps, following warranty guidelines and legal requirements. Claims must adhere to this process and timeframe to qualify for resolution.
7. Payment terms
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of work.
Full Payment on Delivery
The customer will make full payment of goods and services rendered on delivery. The only available payment method is direct deposit, after which a remittance advice must be provided.
8. Indemnity
The customer shall indemnify My Wrap Game and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from inaccurate information on products, trademark infringements, or any acts or omissions by the client or their agents that result in third-party claims.
Subcontract installation terms & conditions
Welcome to My Wrap Game. By engaging our subcontract installation services, you agree to the following terms, which apply to all installations and are linked to each quote provided. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern our working relationship, and we encourage you to review them carefully.
1. Scope of services
All quotes are based on jobs within the Perth Metropolitan Area. Travel outside this area must be agreed upon and quoted separately.
If the scope changes after a quote has been accepted, or once work has begun, a revised quote may be issued for additional services, time, or materials.
We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, accidents, natural disasters). We’ll communicate promptly and reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
Our services are supplementary and on-demand. We are not a full-time or permanently available resource. Please plan accordingly, as availability is managed on a job-by-job basis.
2. Vehicle preparation
Customers must ensure the vehicle is clean, dry, and free from dirt, wax, and debris before installation. We recommend parking the vehicle indoors overnight to ensure surface dryness.
All existing graphics, decals, and adhesive residue must be fully removed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional charges. If the vehicle requires deep cleaning, a fee of $85+GST will apply.

3. Workspace requirements
A clean, dust-free workspace must be provided with enough room to move around the vehicle, plus access to electricity and adequate lighting. The area should be cleared and ready at least a day in advance.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the workspace is safe and unobstructed so the installer can work without delay.
4. Material preparedness
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all required materials are onsite and ready at the time of installation. Delays in material supply may result in rescheduling fees or additional charges.
My Wrap Game is not liable for cancellations or downtime caused by unavailable materials.
Customers must ensure materials are correct for the job and within usable condition (not expired, damaged, or mismatched). We are not responsible for issues caused by unsuitable materials, including delays, extra labour, or reduced installation quality.
5. Lead times and scheduling
Timely confirmation of appointments and lead times is essential. We cannot guarantee your preferred dates if confirmation is delayed.
If we don’t receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, My Wrap Game cannot guarantee availability or completion by your deadline.
6. Fees and payment terms
All quotes are inclusive of superannuation, tax, and liabilities. No hidden charges will apply unless extra services are agreed upon.
Payment Terms (14 Days): Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the issue date. Late payments will incur penalties and may void future work.
Late Fees: A 5% monthly fee (of the total outstanding) applies to overdue invoices, beginning on Day 15 and recurring monthly until paid in full.
Recovery Fees: If payment remains unpaid after 90 days, we may engage debt recovery services. All associated costs (legal, admin, and recovery fees) will be billed to the customer.
Voiding of Future Work: Failure to pay within 14 days disqualifies the customer from engaging My Wrap Game for future work. Existing or scheduled jobs may be paused until full payment - including late and recovery fees - is made.
Dispute Resolution: To dispute an invoice, written notice must be provided within 7 days of the invoice date, including specific details. If no dispute is raised within this period, the invoice is considered accepted in full.
Timely Payment & Service Termination: If payment is not made within 14 days and there’s no adequate explanation or communication, My Wrap Game will be released from all service obligations. However, the customer will still be bound by all confidentiality and IP terms. Any use, sharing, or disclosure of proprietary information remains strictly prohibited and enforceable—even if the contract is voided.
7. Insurance
We provide public liability insurance and professional indemnity, to protect both parties throughout the installation process.
8. Cancellations and delays
If the customer causes delays that prevent completion within the agreed timeframe, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total quote may apply, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduled jobs may require a revised quote if the scope has changed.
9. Damage liability
My Wrap Game is not liable for any pre-existing damage (e.g. rust, chips, peeling paint) that may worsen during installation.
We take all reasonable precautions, but cannot guarantee results where underlying damage exists—and we are not responsible for reporting or identifying such damage.
10. Social media and intellectual property
My Wrap Game reserves the right to share images or updates from installation projects on social media and promotional channels - provided no confidential or proprietary client information is disclosed.
To opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the appointment.
Customers are welcome to share completed work but must not misrepresent the job or damage the reputation of My Wrap Game in any way.
11. Integrity
The customer must not engage in any commercial activities or business practices that could directly harm the reputation or operation of My Wrap Game. This includes poaching installers, undermining our business, or any action that could result in reputational damage.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary techniques, processes, or sensitive information shared during the course of installation.
Photos or videos of the installation process may not be taken or shared without prior written consent from My Wrap Game.
13. Installation warranty
All installations are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty, unless the product used has a shorter warranty period, in which case that period applies.
This warranty covers installation-related defects, such as lifting, peeling, bubbling, or other defects. Minor issues in low-visibility or high-wear areas are not considered warrantable.
My Wrap Game will rectify them at no cost - provided they are reasonable and are reported within the agreed warranty period.
My Wrap Game accepts no liability for failures caused by factors beyond the installer’s control. This includes, but is not limited to...
- Uncured or outgassed ink
- Expired, damaged, or poorly stored vinyl or laminate
- Incorrect or incompatible materials
- Excessive overlaminate tension
- Non-OEM, poorly prepped, or recently painted substrates
- Undetected or undisclosed coatings (e.g. ceramic, wax, silicone)
- Old, chalky, oxidised, or damaged surfaces
- Body filler, panel repairs, or resprays without proper cure time
- Customer disassembly or third-party panel removal
- Inadequate environmental conditions (e.g. excessive heat, humidity, wind, or dust)
- Pressure to proceed with installation outside of best-practice standards.
14. Health and safety
The customer is responsible for ensuring the workspace complies with basic health and safety standards - this includes adequate lighting, cleanliness, and access to power.
My Wrap Game will supply required PPE and follow all relevant safety protocols while on-site.
15. Respectful conduct
A professional and respectful working environment is expected at all times. Customers must treat My Wrap Game and its representatives with courtesy.
Any abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behaviour will result in immediate termination of services, with the customer still liable for all payments, fees, and recovery costs.
We reserve the right to refuse future work in such cases.

By engaging with My Wrap Game (as operated by Quantico Installations), the customer accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. Conduct
All parties are expected to engage cooperatively through the service period. If the customer is unreasonable or abusive, all services will cease with all materials and deposits being retained.
3. Quotations
Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days, after which they are subject to change. Our quotes are based on the current price and readiness of materials and require timely providions and cooperation from the customer.
Variations to Quote
The price of services may change if the information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, or if changes are made to quantities, specifications or artwork. Any changes to the initial price will be communicated with the customer.
Acceptance & Time-Frame
An acceptance requires a written sign-off from the customer, after which the requisition of materials can commence. Any indication of time frame within a quotation is an estimate only.
4. Artwork
Ownership of Artwork
Any artwork created by My Wrap Game, completed or incomplete, will remain the intellectual property of My Wrap Game. The customer is granted a limited, non-transferrable licence to use final artwork.
Changes to Artwork
The design process will include an initial concept with a reasonable round of revisions, focusing on minor adjustments without altering the overall design. Major revisions will incur additional artwork charges.
Approval & Sign-off
Final approval of the design requires a written sign-off from the client. Post-approval, the client assumes responsibility for any uncorrected errors or omissions. Requests for changes after approval may lead to additional charges.
Colour-Matching
While My Wrap Game strives for accurate color matching, slight variations can occur due to differences in print platforms and materials.
5. Installation
Appointment Timing
The customer will be punctual to ensure that other customers are not negatively impacted. My Wrap Game operates on a strict schedule tor the benefit of all customers.
Service Duration
The Shop will require the Customer’s vehicle for a period of 7 business days, unless stipulated otherwise, depending on the availability of materials or a delay caused by unplanned but necessary works such as surface preparation tasks.
Condition of Customer Vehicle
The Customer is required to provide a reasonably clean vehicle without waxes, excessive dirt, or debris unless otherwise agreed upon. The Shop will charge for de-waxing and deep cleaning, and this may cause a delay.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
The customer must provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival or Non-Arrival
If a customer arrives late or fails to show without prior notice, we may need to cancel the appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Warranties
Workmanship
My Wrap Game guarantees its workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty is specific to issues arrising from the installation process, including lifting, peeling, bubbles, creases, or any other defeats attributed to incorrect or improper installation.
Responsibilities
The customer will promptly report any defects and allow My Wrap game the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the claim. My Wrap Game will either repair or replace the affected graphics at no additional cost to the customer.
Limitations
The Installation Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, intentional damage, or any conditions beyond My Wrap Game’s control, including environmental factors and normal wear and tear.
Workmanship
My Wrap Game guarantees its workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty is specific to issues arrising from the installation process, including lifting, peeling, bubbles, creases, or any other defeats attributed to incorrect or improper installation.
Product Warranty
We guarantee that all graphic materials are free of defects incurred in manufacturing, packing, or shipping. The manufacturers offer different warranty periods for their products in different geographical zones and conditions, and it varies depending on horizontal and vertical surfaces. My Wrap Game will advise what the warranty is depending on the product chosen.
Voiding Warranty
The warranty from My Wrap Game may be voided by improper use or maintenance such as using incorrect cleaning agents, not following care instructions, or misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product. It also doesn’t cover damage from environmental factors or any alterations, modifications, or repairs not conducted by My Wrap Game’s trained personnel.
Remedies & Limitations of Liability
If a product defect is under warranty, My Wrap Game will either replace the film or refund the purchase price, as decided by the company, within a reasonable period following standard procedures. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited to the purchase amount.
Pre-Existing Damage
If pre-existing damage is found during the wrap process, My Wrap Game will inform the customer for decision-making; additional services may incur extra charges or delays, and My Wrap Game isn’t liable for such pre-existing damage or related consequences.
Claims
To ensure eligibility for warranty service, customers must submit a claim within the warranty period by providing written notice My Wrap Game, detailing the issue. My Wrap Game will then evaluate the claim and determine the next steps, following warranty guidelines and legal requirements. Claims must adhere to this process and timeframe to qualify for resolution.
7. Payment terms
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of work.
Full Payment on Delivery
The customer will make full payment of goods and services rendered on delivery. The only available payment method is direct deposit, after which a remittance advice must be provided.
8. Indemnity
The customer shall indemnify My Wrap Game and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from inaccurate information on products, trademark infringements, or any acts or omissions by the client or their agents that result in third-party claims.
Subcontract installation terms & conditions
Welcome to My Wrap Game. By engaging our subcontract installation services, you agree to the following terms, which apply to all installations and are linked to each quote provided. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern our working relationship, and we encourage you to review them carefully.
1. Scope of services
All quotes are based on jobs within the Perth Metropolitan Area. Travel outside this area must be agreed upon and quoted separately.
If the scope changes after a quote has been accepted, or once work has begun, a revised quote may be issued for additional services, time, or materials.
We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, accidents, natural disasters). We’ll communicate promptly and reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
Our services are supplementary and on-demand. We are not a full-time or permanently available resource. Please plan accordingly, as availability is managed on a job-by-job basis.
2. Vehicle preparation
Customers must ensure the vehicle is clean, dry, and free from dirt, wax, and debris before installation. We recommend parking the vehicle indoors overnight to ensure surface dryness.
All existing graphics, decals, and adhesive residue must be fully removed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional charges. If the vehicle requires deep cleaning, a fee of $85+GST will apply.

3. Workspace requirements
A clean, dust-free workspace must be provided with enough room to move around the vehicle, plus access to electricity and adequate lighting. The area should be cleared and ready at least a day in advance.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the workspace is safe and unobstructed so the installer can work without delay.
4. Material preparedness
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all required materials are onsite and ready at the time of installation. Delays in material supply may result in rescheduling fees or additional charges.
My Wrap Game is not liable for cancellations or downtime caused by unavailable materials.
Customers must ensure materials are correct for the job and within usable condition (not expired, damaged, or mismatched). We are not responsible for issues caused by unsuitable materials, including delays, extra labour, or reduced installation quality.
5. Lead times and scheduling
Timely confirmation of appointments and lead times is essential. We cannot guarantee your preferred dates if confirmation is delayed.
If we don’t receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, My Wrap Game cannot guarantee availability or completion by your deadline.
6. Fees and payment terms
All quotes are inclusive of superannuation, tax, and liabilities. No hidden charges will apply unless extra services are agreed upon.
Payment Terms (14 Days): Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the issue date. Late payments will incur penalties and may void future work.
Late Fees: A 5% monthly fee (of the total outstanding) applies to overdue invoices, beginning on Day 15 and recurring monthly until paid in full.
Recovery Fees: If payment remains unpaid after 90 days, we may engage debt recovery services. All associated costs (legal, admin, and recovery fees) will be billed to the customer.
Voiding of Future Work: Failure to pay within 14 days disqualifies the customer from engaging My Wrap Game for future work. Existing or scheduled jobs may be paused until full payment - including late and recovery fees - is made.
Dispute Resolution: To dispute an invoice, written notice must be provided within 7 days of the invoice date, including specific details. If no dispute is raised within this period, the invoice is considered accepted in full.
Timely Payment & Service Termination: If payment is not made within 14 days and there’s no adequate explanation or communication, My Wrap Game will be released from all service obligations. However, the customer will still be bound by all confidentiality and IP terms. Any use, sharing, or disclosure of proprietary information remains strictly prohibited and enforceable, even if the contract is voided.
7. Insurance
We provide public liability insurance and professional indemnity, to protect both parties throughout the installation process.
8. Cancellations and delays
If the customer causes delays that prevent completion within the agreed timeframe, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total quote may apply, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduled jobs may require a revised quote if the scope has changed.
9. Damage liability
My Wrap Game is not liable for any pre-existing damage (e.g. rust, chips, peeling paint) that may worsen during installation.
We take all reasonable precautions, but cannot guarantee results where underlying damage exists—and we are not responsible for reporting or identifying such damage.
10. Social media and intellectual property
My Wrap Game reserves the right to share images or updates from installation projects on social media and promotional channels - provided no confidential or proprietary client information is disclosed.
To opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the appointment.
Customers are welcome to share completed work but must not misrepresent the job or damage the reputation of My Wrap Game in any way.
11. Integrity
The customer must not engage in any commercial activities or business practices that could directly harm the reputation or operation of My Wrap Game. This includes poaching installers, undermining our business, or any action that could result in reputational damage.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary techniques, processes, or sensitive information shared during the course of installation.
Photos or videos of the installation process may not be taken or shared without prior written consent from My Wrap Game.
13. Installation warranty
All installations are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty, unless the product used has a shorter warranty period, in which case that period applies.
This warranty covers installation-related defects, such as lifting, peeling, bubbling, or other defects. Minor issues in low-visibility or high-wear areas are not considered warrantable.
My Wrap Game will rectify them at no cost - provided they are reasonable and are reported within the agreed warranty period.
My Wrap Game accepts no liability for failures caused by factors beyond the installer’s control. This includes, but is not limited to...
- Uncured or outgassed ink
- Expired, damaged, or poorly stored vinyl or laminate
- Incorrect or incompatible materials
- Excessive overlaminate tension
- Non-OEM, poorly prepped, or recently painted substrates
- Undetected or undisclosed coatings (e.g. ceramic, wax, silicone)
- Old, chalky, oxidised, or damaged surfaces
- Body filler, panel repairs, or resprays without proper cure time
- Customer disassembly or third-party panel removal
- Inadequate environmental conditions (e.g. excessive heat, humidity, wind, or dust)
- Pressure to proceed with installation outside of best-practice standards.
14. Health and safety
The customer is responsible for ensuring the workspace complies with basic health and safety standards - this includes adequate lighting, cleanliness, and access to power.
My Wrap Game will supply required PPE and follow all relevant safety protocols while on-site.
15. Respectful conduct
A professional and respectful working environment is expected at all times. Customers must treat My Wrap Game and its representatives with courtesy.
Any abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behaviour will result in immediate termination of services, with the customer still liable for all payments, fees, and recovery costs.
We reserve the right to refuse future work in such cases.
Any breach of this conduct policy will also void any warranty, service guarantees, or future support, regardless of coverage period.
16. Indemnity & governing law
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless My Wrap Game from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from a breach of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: unsafe work environments, non-payment, third-party disputes, and misuse of confidential or proprietary information.
